The most recent update to PDFpen makes adding page numbers easier than ever. Now, instead of using scripts, you can simply go to Edit > Insert Page Numbers. I will be using this a lot.

I too was thrilled to see this feature – but very disappointed in the implementation. As far as I can see there is no way to change the location of the imprint or – more importantly – to set the font and font size used. I’ve tried to change the scripts but I don’t know Applescript and documentation is scarce for this.
